john gonzales is live with new information. john: good morning. it is the second morning in a row a two alarm fire has been called here in northern virginia and a firefighter has been injured. about street in manassas. two firefighters injured today. they were trapped inside, had to be rescued. non-life-threatening injuries. taken to the hospital with minor burns. a resident was also taken to the hospital with minor injuries. how intense was the fire? take a look at the latter from one of the firetrucks. melted in half. this is security camera video from a neighbor. you can see the flames racing on the right side next to that back deck. the home where the fire started is a total loss. the residents were able to get out safely. in all, six homes have been damaged. 12 people, all adults, escaped the flames but have been displaced. the red cross is assisting. we have seen the washington gas company here. workers have and going door-to-door checking the levels . because of the fire, which started just before 1:00 this morning, is unknown. through all
