i'll be honest: i think it's great that people are pursing their dreams, but we need, like, a google doc, or something, to make sure we're balancing things out. think about it. we can't have a society where everybody is pursuing their quirky second careers. i'm all for mushroom farmers, but i still need a proctologist. those m m & ms aren't going to remove themselves. now, obviously, most people won't or can't leave their jobs, so these quitters are a very small minority. but the quitters are still having a broader impact, because with so many workers willing to leave their jobs, companies are forced to make the jobs more appealing. >> a pandemic-forced power shift: employees gaining the upper hand and making lifestyle demands with employers hoping to keep them happy. >> some companies are changing their policies to adapt to the times, offering more perks and flexibility. >> r.e.i., the apparel retailer gave up their headquarters building in favor of creating satellite offices so that people could go to work but go to work in a smaller office that would be closer to their home. >> linked

it's a google docs spread sheet. i have gone and highlighted a few cases that i want to speak about to you this evening. so the first one i want to talk about is yazmine located at 7799 street. there are some key points i want to make you all aware of. so on friday, october 1ststs, inspector furintino responded to a complaint at yazmin's. the inspector observed they were playing prerecorded music from their outdoor speaker and it was louder than their jam permit allows. both he and the police officers asked the owners of yaz min to turn the volume down which they did not do. the inspector spoke about their permit conditions, but the owner was unwilling to turn their music band unless their neighboring business also turned their music down. inspector was then called an inappropriate name by the business owner and so he removed himself from the situation chlgt up until this date, we have received nine sound complaints about yazmin. six of which came in on two nights and we visited twice and never witnessed the violatio
