calling it a gotcha question about whether or not he had any communications with wikileaks. the his lawyer is basically told us he's turned over everything they've asked for, the attorney, abee lowell also tells us he was in meetings with members on the hill for over six hours offering voluntary testimony, answering all questions put to him and demonstrated there has been no collusion between the campaign and russia. >> so shimon, it's not just what he did or didn't disclose regarding the communications with wikileaks, but the senate judiciary leaders say es omissions include documents related to some kind of russian back door channel and a russian dinner invite. they were left out as well? >> yeah. so this have that e-mail. but their issue is is that the e-mail that they have did not come from jared kushner. now this all goes back to another russian outreach. there have been many. le we've reported 0en this for quite sometime. this one came in may, 2016, during the campaign. and it involved a russian government official, a man buy the name of aleksander torshin. he's close

. >>> and now for this week's g h gotcha. trump on here in a while and what better week to conjure one up. we saw virginia voters among others reject the uncritical weaponized prejudice that has come to define trumpism. yet, donald trump jr. still managed to be his father's most ardenlt and inept campaign surrogate when he tweeted a reminder to help now defeated virginia gubernatorial candidate ed gillespie, "across the finish line tomorrow." the problem, of course, was that if vote hers listened to jr., mr. gillespie would have lost even worse than he did. the tomorrow he was referring to was wednesday. the day after election day. someone must have caught his mistake because he tweeted again two hours later with the right date. but then he returned with another 140 character warning about the "future of the commonwealth being at stake tomorrow." junior's mistake has been taken down and perhaps it was innocently intended. though i would argue that there is a difference between innocence and ignorance, especially where trump i
