i want to introduce to you congress josh gottheimer a leader of the problem solveers from new jersey -- solvers from the state of new jersey. >> first thank you so much, governor hogan, for having us and first ladies. joe is right about the crab cakes and you are giving them as a parting gift. i want to thank the bipartisan group that came together and house of the problem solvers who are here to find a bipartisan way for the infrastructure portion. they just released are new bipartisan infrastructural proposal and it was headed up by the problem solveers working group and the leaders and i want to thank them and problem solveers who the democrats and problems 29 democrats and 29 republicans with us. i also mentioned connor lamb. the report helps us focus the scope of bipartisan infrastructure. what -- there are three legs how to focus to start the agreement down. then we will have to look at two other pieces. what should it cost and how do we pay for it. it will be an ongoing conversation but the first portion of the scope which was such a big part of the discussion is so critical.
