we're going to have an update in just a bit. >> all right, gotty schwartz is reporting for us.was from titusville. and central florida really the target right now. >> rob, you've been tracking this. >> we've been seeing the center of the storm edging closer to the coast, right around cape canaveral, and now it's daytona beach, we're beginning to see the northern flank of the eye wall, rotating the in around the florida coastline. as we take a look at the radar, you can see those bands wrapping around counter clockwise with hurricane matthew there, passing titusville and cape canaveral to the south. and now you see that ring of orange there on the bottom right corner of the screen. that is the outer eye wall approaching oak hill and daytona beach. wind speeds and gusts, 60 to 88 miles per hour. now, if there's any good news, it's that center just offshore, those category 3 wind gusts have been staying out over the ocean for most of the morning, but the threat for flooding and damaging wind gusts and heavy rain continues, as you notice there, hurricane matthew is actually running
