he was wearing a gps monitoring device. police will not comment just yet as their investigation continues as to what happened inside a van in west baltimore. investigators arrested lucky christopher crosby. he is charged with rape and other sex offenses. he and four other suspects are accused of a brutal assault. the victim, a 14-year-old girl. a van similar to this was on leslie street. she said she was in an unfamiliar area and was lost. she met an unknown black male who offered her a ride. she observed two other men that were already inside and then two other men got inside the vehicle. the victim suffered serious injuries and the attack happened behind crosby's' home. he was just released in september. he was on probation and was wearing a gps and the bracelet at the time of the attack. a spokesperson said crosby was compliant and had no violations. crosby remains in jail. he was denied bail yesterday. police are still searching for those other suspects. reporting live, kim dacey, wbal- tv 11 news. >> governor martin o'
