four year old gracie buss died of head injuries in june 2015. with the help of the u-s marshals, an oelwein man, charged with sexual abuse, is now behind bars in florida. marshals arrested randy eschen, who is 35, in cocoa, florida on september 22nd. that's near orlando. oelwein police arrested eschen back on march 28th. a judge granted him pretrial release disappeared-- july 11th. police did not say what sparked the sexual abuse charges. there are more questions than answers, two days after a train jumped the tracks in new jersey. it slammed into a train station. we look at what's slowing down the investigation. stay with t-v nine. investigators have yet to get jersey train crash. the issue? data recorders and forward facing cameras are tracks and slammed into the station on thursday. investigators have to wait until o-s-h-a determines it's safe to dig through debris. the worry is over asbestos. the morning commute crash killed a woman and injured more than 100 others. the data recorders will help determine whether any mechanical problems cause
