the first graduating class had eight graduates who completed six-month course where they end up with back country rescue training certificates and a number of different competencies, including ropes course facilitator training. wilderness first responder training. kayak training. environmental training. they did a backcountry expedition. we were a partner and hosted and arranged for swim and water rescue curriculum. i want to thank jim wheeler for working with the foundation of youth investment. we made a sitting contribution in terms of pool and staff to this program which also gave the kids water safety and lifeguard training. what is so fabulous. i got to here each of the eight individuals speak during the graduation ceremony, all eight grow up in neighborhoods where there was no exposure to the outdoors. all eight spoke with great passion of how important this program was and how they want to devote their lives, their careers -- professional careers to helping welcome both their peer and younger adults to the outdoors and give them the same exposure and training. it was touch a t

one of the reasons the college graduates graduate into an economy with no jobs is because all of the capitol that would have gone to the businesses to employ them is directed to the universities to educate them and they are not really educated. they are more indoctrinated and they just party and now because money went to universities instead of businesses they graduate and they can't get a job so we are broke right now as a nation. we have to recognize we are broke and stop wasting all this money and get rid of all of the government guaranteed loans. colleges compete for students and a free market where they have to put the price down and then prices will collapse and the people that can benefit from a college degree can actually go and people will choose majors are more likely to enhance their earning power because maybe he was a major and engineering it might be able to the private sector alone because you will be able to pay its back. you need market discipline coming into education and we need to free of our resources and we spend too much on education. we spend too much on healt

graduates is twice as likely to go on. the debt is having an effect on people's choices, like it or not. a government is responsible for it. there is the failure of grants to keep pace with college thoughts. the government is also responsible for the failure of the grants. the other side would like to blame the cost, but i think it is both. those are very interesting aspects. you have students on average having as much, and it is completely skewed towards the funds and it has been -- the way we have a $15,000 program. that would lead to hundreds of thousands of additional bachelor degrees. the grant pays for itself in the decade. that increased federal income tax rate, it pays for the cost of the po grant. half of the students are not traditional students, but the half that are, they have a typical work load. yet 10 years to pay back the government for the cost of a grant. then there is a 14% return on investment. it is not as much of an advance from the federal government. we should stop thinking about this as being purel
