davis talk, it's like this is the role we as men have to take the grafton ohio how strong, hw brilliant a woman is and allow her to lead at times. [applause] that negates,ink i don't think, you know, sometimes we get into those talks, hold up, you know. we've got to put our egos aside and unlearn the things we the hoodrowing up in or growing up were everywhere from, what a man is supposed to do. we almost have to relearn what a man is supposed to do. [applause] it's thea time now where women are getting where they're supposed to be, which is like in roles of leadership, making real decisions, in roles of power, being respected. i know we are not totally there definitely feel the progress. and to think part of our responsibility, i speaking to them most of us as men, also like not allowed some of the culture that we were a part of before. because sometimes we have these talks, but then we would go back in the back room and be saying, you know, like saying or acting like we used to act. so we've got to change our actions and changed change our mentality. it's like the stuff we didn't get
