all i a couple in jail after police say the capt. 9 year-old grandchild locked in a bathroom at an apartmentex for years. the little girl was capt. there whenever she wasn't in school. she told a school nurse finally about how she was being treated and the nurse called police. the national park service worker got stuck inside the st. louis arch today. police say he is training its work and somehow got pinned between at schramm and the arch. paramedics treated him and got him on a stretcher. they say the injuries are not life-threatening. >> winds are a lot, then there were 24 hours ago. 13 = fairfield, a far cry from what we saw yesterday. temperatures will get cold out there especially in the north bay. 3 = not but, third = fairfield. 45 to start the day and san francisco. after the chilly start to the day temperatures will rebound in the afternoon into the low 60s average for this time of year. 59 = half moon bay, 59 = ever fall, 2 = oakland, 64 = san jose. a persistent weather pattern quite some time. this will break down next week, rain will be back to our forecast. 7:00 monday evening,
