mcdonald "grandpa." as many as six are dead after a small plane crashes in conneticut this morning the twin engine plane crashed into two houses.just blocks from tweed new haven airport. it struck the two homes as it approached the runway. one wing lodged was into each house. the homes and plane both caught fire. one of the homes was vacant. children were in the other home. east haven's mayor says a vigil is planned in town for tonight. officials have not identified the bodies.but they believe they are two children.one and 13-years old. the mother of the children was able to escape the burning home. that fast moving wildfire in riverside county is prompting governor brown to declare a state of emergency in that county. the silver fire has destroyed 27- homes and threatened more than 500 others. paquette saw more than 16-hundred firefighters are taking on the blaze that has now grown to more than 18-thousand acres. at last check, it was 40- percent contained. evacuation orders have also been lifted for so
