i think his energy secretary, granholm, said it best if they want oil in the short term, but 5 to 10 years, they want it to start going down. so they know intuitively that they can't get permits. drilling companies aren't going to get investors. so where are they to go? they've got to go outside the country to get an increase. and he's drained the petroleum reserve to a 40 plus year low, basically to save democrats a midterm election. i didn't know that was part of a strategic plan to use it for elections, but he is so late, jerry. well, first of all, the first recognition is that oil and, natural gas are so abundant, i cannot imagine we'll ever run. now, that doesn't mean they're infinite it means that they're not finite by. the time we will be having a new energy source, just like coal is no longer use the way it was in the fifties. we have so coal we wouldn't know what to do with it. it's not enormous amount of coal all over the world and we're not using it. the second part is that the the politics of this are to negate the economic base. in other words, we could have a abundant e
