the park one is the prop 84 and the other a water conservation grant. there's been a lot of money raised by the noah valley town hall square they have additional pledges above and beyond that. we're expecting a reservoir money it's $743,000. the property four grant is pending we're having a meeting with the funding agency and encouraged by that so the funding is coming together. the reason why we're bringing the concept plan to you in order to receive that money we need to have our sequa complete but we need to post the notice and record that with the community and the state clearing house to get the grant and the commission needs to take action. we'll be coming back to the commission later in the summer and an mou with residents for noah town square they'll be contributing to the project. the project once we know about going both grants we'll come to the commission and the mou with the friends group. assuming all the funding comes together successfully we'll want to begin the detailed design work later this summer and our hope would be to break ground
