lanes. you can see the commute is over an hour from tracy, up and over the altamont. things pick up in livermore. otherwise the greenring lights are on at the bay bridge. you can see the red there. that happened at about 535 this morning and very slow with flooding on 84, as well as southbound 680 leaving pleasanton for sunol. >> thank you. sue. the heavy rain is leaving some in the north bay partially underwater. people living along the russian river in guerneville are dealing with flooding this morning. the water coming up to their knees and now the red cross is responding. we're going to check in with abc seven news reporter lena howland. she is in the santa rosa area. lena >> hey, richie. that's right. we are in the santa rosa area driving northbound on 101, where we are really only seeing a few light sprinkles at this hour, not causing too many issues on the roadway, but but that rain was a much different story. a little bit further up the road in guerneville. here's a look at some of the flooding up in guerneville, which for reference is about 20 miles northwest of santa rosa. this video was taken right around
