i remember when we were in the second, third, fourth great in greenwich, connecticut. we used to have air raids. our teacher would lead us and we would sit in the hallway and put our hands like this and be ready. as a second grader or third-grader, you don't know what is going on. you don't know what a nuclear bomb is or anything like that. that was unsettling and scary. kids pick up even on the spirit of fear. when i was in high school, then graduated in 1969, i went to woodstock. they were all kinds of things going on. vietnam was going on. we had draft numbers. my draft number was 128. they only went to 125. we didn't know at that time where they were going to go in the draft and who they were going to call, but it was a troubled and tumultuous time. i guess i did not realize it, but i was upset. i imagine many in this country are upset and concerned an worried about what our future will bring. i was worried about what kind of country i lived in. what was the united states really like? there are so many flags flying everywhere that you can't believe it, but the flag
