greg jarrett is with us, following this story. there is something more going on than bank fraud.rs and other relatives that were downloading sensitive information from the dnc and they are the ones that leaked it to wikileaks and not russia? what if? i am not saying we have evidence of that but this is the tip of the iceberg we are looking at, arrested for phony billing making millions of dollars off of democratic congressmen and women for work they didn't do. that is the allegation but now the feds have found that the home of one of these brothers smashed hard drives, routing equipment and all sorts of sophisticated computer information that may indicate to the feds, weight a minute, something else is going on. a staff worker for the dnc says these guys were downloading sensitive information to an off-site server. that could be a crime. if they are uploading into the cloud, sensitive information, classified information, that is also a crime. what i am wondering is if this is somehow hooked into wikileaks and the allegations when it was the russians when it might not have been. s

gregg jarrett on that rather dicey approach. greg? you look at the rules of the senate, the democrats who are threatening to block any recess appointment could try to do it but likely wouldn't succeed. they can try the filibuster, but the republicans can change it to a straight up or down vote. president trump's problem may be that if his attorney general leaves, sessions has a lot of friends in the u.s. senate. and some republicans might side with the democrats forcing what is called a pro forma session. everybody leaves town except for one guy that walks in and bangs the gavel. the u.s. supreme court has said sorry, you can't make a recess appoint meant during a pro forma session. it's a can of worms if he tries to a recess appointment. >> neil: what if he did and found a way around that or they end up being in recess more than three days, let something slip -- >> then he could do it. >> neil: then there's the danger to ask that guy or woman to start firing people like mueller. then you're inviting real problems. >> his better cours
