greg palkot with more. >> in the last 24 hours, gorsuch has picked up the support of two democrats, joe manchin and heidi heidkamp. not surprisingly, both of those people are from states that are solidly republican and both up for a tough re-election. there's 38 democrats who will vote no on gorsuch. two democrats voting yes. eight democrats who are undecided or unknown. it appears that all republicans will cast votes in support of gorsuch even though they're roughly nine who just haven't said so as of yet. the key to defeating the 60-vote filibuster in the senate will be the eight democrats that have not yet announced how they will vote. gorsuch will need six of those to break the filibuster promised be i the democratic leader church schumer. help wants his party to stand firm against gorsuch yet preserve the filibuster rule that republicans can eliminate because they control the senate. here's the other senators on the fence. john tester, michael bennett, claire mccaskill who said just knowments ago she's going to vote against gorsuch. maybe the reason why. she told private donors tha
