what does this reveal and does it suggest that gregory mcmichael was on heightened extra sensitive alertover the property? >> well, i really think, arthel, that it reveals probably poor judgment on the part of the police officer. i mean, if they look into mr. mcmichael's record he lost certification at the time and so that's an issue when you think about assigning somebody or pointing them out as potential law enforcement type in the neighborhood. but it really doesn't change the analysis because what we know is that the -- the key state of mind or the knowledge goes back to mcmichael, what did hi know on the day on the day he was shot. the only thing he saw a black guy and talked about -- a black guy running his blank off down the road and nothing about the video and, again, that's backed up now by the homeowners lawyer who said in fact, the home owner had not seen the video of arbery looking around the house until after mr. arbery was killed. arthel: okay, so meanwhile you have the attorneys for gregory mcmichaels issuing a statement friday saying in part that their client, quote, did
