greta, president obama nominated judge merrick garland for the high court.en the two parties so what can we expect do you think over the next few months? >> well, i don't think we're even going to get to the merits whether or not judge garland should be on the supreme court or not because what's happening is this. united states constitution says that the presidential nominate someone. he has now done that. and now the republicans, constitution doesn't say they have to have a hearing or have to neat with him. but what they're doing by not meeting with him sending very bad message they won't even consider him. look, i don't understand this, because it does reflect i think poorly and it will back fire on the republicans. they should at least meet with him, they should have a hearing and then vote no if they don't like him against him. but what's happening instead we're not even getting to the merits about when he had he'ding good on the supreme court or n not. the republicans are saying we're not going to talk to this guy. i think what we'll see is big stalemat
