griff jenkins has the news. griff. >> bill, so we do have this ruling. has ordered all 1600 individuals to be restored to the voter rolls and as we're talking, bill, i'm getting a statement from the virginia attorney general, who says this, quote. it should never be illegal to remove an illegal verity. a court urged by the department of justice urged the names to be put back on the rolls before the election. they pulled this stunt 25 days before election day challenging a virginia process signed into law 18 years ago by a democratic governor and approved by the department of justice in 20006. in the meantime i encourage every virginian to vote. i will never stop fighting to preserve the integrity of our election process. dating back to august 7th when governor youngkin issued the order, the judge has weighed in and the 1600 individuals have been reinstated to the voter rolls. likely we'll see virginia try to appeal but unclear that we would see any ruling on that because we were just 11 days away. we'll bring you more reaction as we get it, bill. >> bill
