officers william kingston the third, joseph spingola reunited with a man named jobe griffin. griffin - with the valorous conduct citizen award. the officers with the medal of valor - rescue. griffin was at home eating dinner near 74th and glenbrook back in july when he heard screams. he rushed outside and saw a man drowning his baby - without hesistation he rushed outside into the lake to stop him. soon after the two officers got there - and jumped in too.they grabbed the father and took him into custody.then searched the water, found the child and griffin told us - he still has nightmares about that day but gets through the trauma by keeping in touch with the childs mother. um i am in awe being in a room with heroes....they are just amazing people....other citizens doing things too. officer baranowski got the purple star award this summer while he was recovering in the hospital.he was recognized last night - but wasn't here at the ceremony. new details this morning ... about an inmate found dead in her cell in kenosha county. according to the kenosha county jail inmate locat
