we know that jim griswold, the secretary of state in colorado, has already been in touch with other secretaries of state in other locations in the united states and she reasonably anticipates, as to other secretaries of state, these types of cases can be brought not only by crew but other plaintiffs. i want to note, in colorado, these six plaintiffs, four of them are republican. two of them are unaffiliated voters. so this challenge that is being brought to trump candidacy and his ability to even appear on the ballot in 2024 is a bar partisan one. it is one that has no party affiliation. it is the idea that if you consider the language of section three of the 14th amendment, if for the opportunity to the plaintiffs to sue the secretaries of state, to present donald trump from actually making it to the ballot. so to hugo's point, there is power in a case that's not criminal. don't sleep on the civil cases. those are the cases that actually can create serious obstacles to someone like donald trump. another critical example, eugene carroll, she's had -- her civil litigation she brought against don
