past guadeloupe parkway there are some slowdowns. you can see speeds below 15 miles an hour there, that's cruising speed there. definitely starting to see the delays build, and we have crews heading to the scene to assist with that. at the maze, 580 and i-80 coming tot to head into san francisco, we don't see the backup from the toll plaza to the foot of the maze yet but it's growing. bay bridge toll plaza, no metering lights yet but definitely seeing the crowds. drive times starting to climb, 15 minutes to get into san francisco from the maze to the 101. that's your traffic. >>> let's take a look at the skies. we'll see a gorgeous sunrise, nice clear conditions here. over the east bay, that yellow glow, a sign we don't have any clouds to worry about this morning, just some hazy along the water. there's the view, and you can see no clouds disrupting your visibility. mone layer clouds r showing juw will be hanging around. wind speeds from the west northwest at sfo at 17 miles an hour. across the south bay pretty calm, but near altamon
