he designed the guggenheim and if anyone has been to the guggenheim you know that it's built around this wonderful spiral that you go up. so when frank lloyd wright designed this building the original design had that spiral at the paintings, because of his design were going to be slanted a presentation. so you can imagine you'd walk up the walkway and as a viewer he would have some trouble because the paintings were going to be at an angle. this was just representative of transcendence aesthetic vision over everything else. forget about the client, forget about the practical needs of the views but this is my vision. this round stairway has to be this way. it got bad enough that as the guggenheim was just being built, 21 artists signed a letter of complaint saying he had callous disregard for the work, and ultimately they fixed it, so now the paintings came back out. he was known for homes that had a leaking roofs and sagging planks, and all sorts of things that didn't make clients happy, and yet they were meant to be filled with gratitude for living in the right home. so he designed seve

this is guggenheim. went from $16 to $20 on the election. there you go at 19. fargo also downgraded on valuation issues. bb & t and sun trust were downgraded yesterday. we still don't have a lot of clarity on things. also if you look at some other things that are moving, we've seen infrastructure stocks. we talked about this yesterday like mastec and aecom and quanta services. we don't have any real indication of what's going on. aecom just came out with their earnings at that. they were shy of consensus. aecom was. the guidance for 2017 was a wit short overall. so i guess my point here and you see aecom down a little bit after the huge move up, there may be infrastructure projects but it's going to take a long time to get clarity on that and this may be a 2018 event. aecom did not even mention the elections in their earnings report or give commentary on the implications of what might be going on for them. so just be careful about all these huge moves up in the infrastructure stocks. home depot's earnings were just terrific. comps were just excellent, up 5.5%.

third, capital one, bernstein fifth third, keycorp., zions, morgan stanley doing some downgrades, guggenheimng downgrades. this is very natural when these stocks move double digits in six or seven days. yes, deregulation is nice. yes, corporate tax reform is nice. yes, higher rates is nice, but we don't know much about any of this where it's going to end. we just don't have much information. it's all moving on some vague ideas that at some point it's stopping and that's exactly what's happening right now. a lot's been said about lowe's disappointing numbers below expectations. their comps 2.7%, half of what home depot comps are. you see lowe's down here, home depot was down yesterday on some concerns about potential higher interest rates, maybe that's justified. maybe not. let me point out a couple things about why we're getting this under performance between lowe's and home depot. some good notes out this morning on this. number one is their less exposure to the pro market for lowe's here. pro is 30%, less market share gains and appliances. home depot has been comping up double digits in th
