i also should have mentioned the gulf coast. this reminds me of the innovation you saw ten years ago. you saw a lot of investment in the shell gas revolution. you saw states also compete in their shell gas assets. it was interesting, you saw billions of dollars of economic activity not just in traditional states like louisiana and texas, but also states like ohio, pennsylvania and north dakota, obviously, with some activity. what we saw was not just economic activity around energy exploration, we saw activity around things like fertilizers that use natural gas not only as a power force but as a feed stop. what you saw were states originally competed for the energy jobs and then were competing for the down shore jobs. i think you'll see that in wind and other institutions as well. states are competing and they want the shipyards, the port investments, the installation jobs, but offshore renewable energy, it's not just temporary construction jobs, a lot of states are competing for that downwind investment. increasingly esg concern
