cindy is a tropical storm and it's still just barely and making landfall in the gulf coast this morning but spreading a lot of moisture and some of that is destined to our area for tomorrow. i'll take a look at that potential when i'm back in ten minutes but first jessica boyington watching your first alert traffic. >> right here we have all northbound lanes of route 55 out in franklin township shut down. that's because there was a pickup truck and dump truck collision. one of those vehicles caught on fire. there's a fuel spill there as well and the accident is a deadly accident scene there as well. so an accident investigation is underway and we know the closure points as well. they're forcing off all traffic right around garden road. the accident happened near route 40. that's exit 39. so a little bit a ways a way. onceou get off you can take a right on garden road, head down to route 47 and it will take you pretty much directly parallel to route 55. once you head up to route 322 you can make a left and then you can get back on to route 55 northbound around exit 50. so that's your bes
