clearwater beach on the gulf coast has gotten a whole bunch of flack because the spring breakers weres got a lot of flack. now they've shut that beach down. in florida, it really depends on where you are. florida has miami beach, fort lauderdale beach, and the beaches in tampa have all been shut down, period. nobody on the beaches for at least the next couple of weeks. but depending on where else you are in the state, it's kinda hit-and-miss. ron desantis wants to follow the cdc guidelines because he thinks it's important that people have a chance to go out, go to the beach, get some fresh air, exercise. so the cdc guidelines are leave the beaches open, but if you go to the beach, stay away. practice social distancing. and that seems to be the method that the governor of the state is following. then you get to the individual mutualities who are get something flack and some pressure. and they're acting on their own. so some of the beaches are shut down. some of the beaches are open. the next couple of weeks, it could change. it could shift back and forth. for now, florida, hit and miss
