tonight, new evacuation warnings in place, and they are concerned about the towns of gurnville, hacienda, forestville, and of course, hillsburgh on the other side of the fire. one of many fires burning, but this is the priority tonight. reporting live in gurnsville, i'm jodi hernandez, nbc bay area news. >> they have gone through a lot in that area with the flooding and now the fires. thank you. we will see you later this evening. the sooes beast bay and the sou and this is burning in the scu complex fire. there are five county, and it is 10% contained. that is good news. encouraging, because the last couple of days it was zero. and 20,000 structures are threaten and five structures are destroyed, and two firefighters have been injured. now, today, the fire is driving towards morgan hillsh and th, a the biggest threat facing the crews. the flames seem to have spread to east san jose hills and they are headed south, and morgan hill is on alert. they don't know when or if the flames will arrive, but morgan hill is bracing for the worst. this is at the roadside and roadblocks preparing for

tonight crews are focused on keeping the fire from burning into the says county communities of gurnville and healdsburg. they are making more process towards vacaville. the fire has burned 219,000 acres, include morgue than 100 homes. it's only 7% contained. >> the scu lightning complex fire is now the 7th largest wildfire in california history. it stretches across five counties, including alameda, contra costa, santa clara, san joaquin, and stanislaus. nearly 230,000 acres have burned. the fire election and now 10% contained. cal from their homes d. >> the czu complex is burning in the santa cruz mountains and the southern end of san mateo county. 50,000 acres have been charred, and the fire is still zero percent contained. 64,000 people are under evacuation orders. cal fire said at least 50 structures including dozens of homes have been destroyed, but that number is expected to grow. for those frying to get out of the santa cruz mountains today, it has not been easy. gridlock was described as they tried to leave. >> you could see people packed up, trucks backed up, trailers backed one

it was also started by lightning yesterday, about six miles north of gurnville. people who live north of austin creek are being told to evacuate. along the san mateo coast, more lightning caused fires are setting off evacuation orders, the czu lightning complex is made up of a string of at least five different fires in san mateo and santa cruz county. there are now evacuation areas in the area of the state park there. people who live in the communities of loma mar and dearborn park in southern san mateo county, are also under investigation warnings. all together these fires will have burned about 1,000 acres, and right now, there is no containment. >> a wildfire sparked by lightning is still burning out of control at this hour. the marsh fire has now burned 585 acres, and it's still zero percent contained. it is burning in steep rugged terrain. no homes have been lost, and evacuation orders have been lifted. containment also remains at zero percent for the deer zone fires in contra costa county near brentwood. evacuations ordered sunday for homes along march cree
