it appears now the city of guthrie. you would know downtown guthrie from rainman.e downtown scenes were shot in guthrie, oklahoma, for the movie rainman. and its circulation is right here for four corners. here's oklahoma city proper. edmund, oklahoma, the tv stations are over here. as this continues to move to the north and to the northeast, there's nothing to slow it down. this storm is still on the ground with a half mile wide tornado, making damage as it travels all the way from about 40 miles west of the city of oklahoma. now it is north of the city of oklahoma on the ground doing damage to everything in its path with wind speeds as david was estimating, at at least 150 miles per hour. we know that the storm that moved through joplin, missouri, was an ef-4 tornado, estimated to be 190 to 198 miles per hour. there's no reason to believe that this storm at some point in its time being on the ground could not have been an ef-4 tornado. there will be fatalities. there will be casualties with this storm. there's no way to get out of the way sometimes of a 3 or 4 on

donald rumsfeld will speak out in a live interview, but first savannah guthrie has new details on the learned? >> good morning to you, meredith. in talking to a u.s. official this morning, we have learned more on the raid and the fact that the president was actually able to monitor what was happening on the ground in pakistan during this raid in realtime. this u.s. official wouldn't describe the technology that enabled this but suffice it to say the president had audio and visual updates as the raid was unfolding. at approximately 3:55 eastern time when they got word that osama bin laden was killed, i'm told in the situation room applause went up. officials also say there were two heart-stopping moments during the raid itself. first is when the helicopters that were supposed to, as i understand it, not land on the compound, but rather hover and lower navy seals -- excuse me, special ops forces onto the ground. however, one of the helicopters stopped working. it hit the ground. i'm told it didn't crash but it was on the ground. the seals went forward with the operation. as that was unf
