guy: euro-dollar. guest: yep. guy: seems to be struggling there.does it take to get beyond their, what does it take to keep us there, and what does it take to go down? guest: as far as downsized risk, i think it would really take trump administration delivering a very poor u.s. fiscal stimulus plan. as it stands in my view, the current proposal opposes headline risk to europe, but nothing in terms of -- guy: it's the dollar part of the pair. guest: yes, as far as the outside it is concerned, it is more technical than fundamental. so, the year or euro-dollar has been undervalued. areestimates of fair value 1.24, 1.25. that means the gap has closed significantly. there is still a margin for appreciation, but the tailwind is not as strong. having said that, looking to all converging ofof fair value, a question we ask, our answer to that is it seems to overshoot. there is a technical argument there that euro-dollar might overshoot it. guy: we will keep an eye on that story and monitor the dollar side as we work our way through this morning. he is going
