. >> reporter: a very violent scene here hain one that police say may have been captured by surveillance cameras like this one here along the 2900 block of frankford avenue. here's what happened. we're told somehow this woman was found on frankford and then walk all the way about 75 f blood leading all the way to the side street where that police carries right there. you can see taillights, that is 2,000 block of stella, a side street where this woman had collapsed. police say this victim cannot speak because she has a 12-inch slash across her throat, they say that she is a jane dough she did not have any id on her. investigators say she walked a short distance after somehow being slashed by an unknown attacker. witnesses did see her and wrapped a towel around her throat, she then collapsed, she's in critical condition, at temple. no id on her. the woman is in her 30's. police don't know if she was stabbed somewhere else or slashed somewhere else and then dropped off at this location there was no motive. no suspect, no knife found at the scene. again several business was surveillance cam
