i would like to rise to second supervisor hainey's amendments and thank supervisor hainey and his office for not only bringing this legislation forward but addressing the potential inequities we all came to understand and realize. so i stand in support and second the motion. >> can we take the amendments same house, same call? so amendment passes. colleagues, while -- sorry. i recognize this legislation was crafted to address a difficult circumstance for the equity applicant that was displaced from their sight with little options to move forward with their permit application, i am unable to support the ordinance given the background and the possible precedence this sets for the future. the portability of this particular permit currently applies to two locations in san francisco, 1940 ocean avenue and 1545 ocean avenue. one of these locations previously evictses previously and operating, 33 permit holder, medical cannabis dispensary and we delayed our deliberation on this item so that their court case could move forth to a decision. the reality is that it is difficult to prove whether or

and the last time we attended, suggested we suggest we stick with raymond castio and matt hainey and we're grateful for all of the advice. for those who haven't leader of us, we started six years ago to serve artists of all kinds where we live, create and work together. it's a tight-knit community of people and we love sharing it. we've hosted hun hundreds of individuals as well as group events, all of which are below market rentals and we support everyone with material, as well as in-kind support. it's a unique space. if you've seen it, you know that it is not easily replaced and both in the architecture and zoning and it is zoned mixed use, residential and that's pretty rare. it's just beautiful. and we love the community we built, as well. it's also irreplaceable and surpassed expectations and if we were to stop existing, the community would survive, but we wouldn't have a home or magnet place to get together and keep doing what we do. and that would just be a tragedy. and we are at the risk of losing our home, not for the first time. even though when we started, our landlord was
