i agree with ambassador nikki haley.ichael flynn. i have been disturbed about this prosecution since i found out that jim comey and annie mccabe sent to fbi agents and snuck them into the white house about an investigation that had no predicate and therefore no lawful basis. i think this is a proud moment to answer your question for the department of justice to have done the right thing. the democrats don't like that, they can stuff it. i've been around long enough to understand the prosecution that was defective. this prosecution should not have been brought even in a circumstance in which michael flynn pleaded guilty, because he pleaded guilty under duress. they threaten his family. it was an investigation without predicate. and they had all kinds of problems including runaway prosecutors in robert mueller's office. the same cast of characters from jim comey to annie mccabe to peter strzok which suggests that a major housecleaning is still in order. >> neil: you know, he said the democrats are not going to like this. w
