haley barbour.ave to say in the first 70 days in a one party rule in this town, i the didn't expect the wedge to be divide inside the republican party. i expected an attempt by republicans to try to find a wedge inside the democratic party. what's your assessment? >> i've never sustain liberal more giddy and happy. the fact of the matter is i remember when obamacare passed the first time. it took 14 months for the democrats to pass obamacare. and they had super majorities. so i look at the republicans today, we do have a majority of the house. it is a small majority. we have a majority of the senate where normally it takes 60 votes, we have 52. i don't think of that as control but we do have majorities. and it is very disappointing for republicans who know that obamacare has been terrible policy. has put people on medicaid which is not a great system since so many doctors don't take medicaid patients because reimbursement rates are so low. but 90% of the republicans in the house recognize that while
