this morning police moved in to the tent city out front of city hall and made dozen of arrests and this is their -- they are promising this isn't over. >> you can see the line of police there, they are trying to keep them away from 880 which is just about a block and a half to the right of the screen there. this protest started right in front of the public library on 14th street. what they did was they marched down 14th street and then turned at broadway which is right where that occupy camp site had been set up. they moved down broadway, now they are -- right in front of the police headquarters there and also the county jail, the police looks like they have -- basically set up a line, not allowing them to go any further heading toward 880. we estimate there are at least a couple of hundred people involved in this protest. john is in oakland now with more on the back and north that's been going on all day now between the protesters and police. >> reporter: all day protesters have been facing off with police and sheriff deputies, just over there is the plaza where the camp was broken up
