thank you very much, halley. i think the coming few days and weeks will probably test to the limit the strength of international diplomacy. yesterday we saw the united nations resolution and the discussion that's happened and overall i think that was in the right direction. but we still have not learned the importance of language and communication with a tiny band. one thing we have got to appreciate over the last 3 years of engaging closely with them here is that they're very proud people and they don't take well to either rates or conditions. and i think there was a missing opportunity yesterday to set up those conditions. but maybe in relation to triggers, target specific targets a time line, stepping stones, the taliban should be very clear about. but to simply request, for example, that they maintain the freedom of people to leave the country is not enough. maintain the freedom of the, of the people to leave the country on its own and it, as a humanitarian basis is, is good. but there was no commitment for t
