i'm hallie jackson in washington along to our team. we start with the biden transition in wilmington, and then capitol hill. let's start with what we're learning in the last little bit about key roles in the biden cabinet. what can you tell us? >> reporter: that's right. we are expecting biden to roll out his first slate of cabinet officials tomorrow here in wilmington. those roles include secretary of state national security adviser and ambassador to the u.n. in terms of who is filling out the positions, multiple sources are saying tony blinken is going to be filling the role of secretary of state. jake sullivan, a state department official filling in as national security adviser, and linda thomas-greenfield, ambassador of the u.n. the u.n. ambassador, we are expecting that role to be a cabinet level position. that's something that changes within each white house at the discretion of each president. under braum it was a cabinet level position. it seems it's expected under a biden administration to return to that level. and hallie, wha
