i'm hallie jackson in washington. we have new subpoenas, we're live in london, and we're in d.c. let's start with the $900 billion deal just announced overnight on capitol hill. and the headline is this. a lot of checks for a lot of americans. people making less than $75,000 a year will get $600 or 1200 for couples makes less than 150,000. plus $600 for any child in the family. the deal gives an additional $300 a week in unemployment benefits and provides 325 billion in help for small businesses including an extension to the paycheck protection program. if congress passes this thing, it's the second biggest stimulus package ever behind the first round of pandemic relief earlier this year. you heard secretary mnuchin say money could get to accounts as rlly as next week, but a lot has to happen before the dollars are distributed. walk us what to expect in the next few hours or maybe longer. >> reporter: you mentioned fine print. right now there's no any print. the bill is being finished. we expect to see text early this morning. we have to for a bill this massive to work its way th
