on hallowell, we were over there. no plows. the streets under snow. the montgomery county department of transportation website shows neighborhoods like those are in the process of being plowed. residents say that is not the case. back in aspen hill this is ron and susie. two residence here. i found you trying to walk out to belfry road. >> i want to find a pass. call somebody and they would take me to the store. i did find a path. you guys found me. john: susie, kind of difficult to walk out here, walk the dog. what has it been like the last several days? >> we are thankful we did not lose power. we are ready to get out. john: as we show you the snow once again on merton road, you would never think -- there is a road. the county saying they are working aggressively and asking folks to be more patient. they have 1000 pieces of equipment but they also have 5000 miles of road in montgomery county and they are trying to get to it. hopefully they will be able to dig these folks out soon. jummy: cleanup continuing as loudoun county digs out of the blizzard
