regarding guantÁnamo bay, this is again for admiral halsey.calm is responsible for implementing the directive to expand the detention center to hold 30,000 migrants. admiral, who were these migrants and where will they be coming from and what is the estimated cost to lead the expansion and support of this? the construction and sustainment we are talking about a very big infrastructure that we will need to house 30,000 migrants. can you explain how all of this is happening? how much it will cost. how it will impact self comes mission the they decide who comes. they decide who supports dhs. they are still understanding the approach right now. as we understand how large we will get, we will have better. >> we want to know how much this will actually cost. i know you are asking about the amount of money that went to deporting 104 people to india whether or not that was appropriate use of your funds. >> perhaps if witnesses can take that for the record. we will have another round if we need to. there we have senator sullivan and senator kaine. >> t

sure. >> commissioner halsey and i attended the reopening of a spring park. it actually turned out to be a gorgeous sunny day between violent winter storms. so we got really lucky. it's an absolutely beautiful park. it was filled with young children and dogs and seniors there was just built into the park and all of its elements. >> there is literally something for everyone there and i think it's also just another shining example of a complex but successful partnership among rec and park and neighborhood groups and ucsf which was a huge partner to the. to the project. it was really fantastic and if anyone has a chance to go check it out i highly recommend it. thank you commissioner winter let me see hold on a second. we also had a citywide job fair and our own commissioner and vp joe halsey attended. i'm wondering commissioner halsey if you might share with us about your experience there of course it was on saturday february the eighth at the county fair building a job fair which featured all city agencies willing to talk to people that were seeking employment
