commissioner hamasaki? >> thank you, commissioner mazzucco. just to follow up, in both of the experiences that commissioner elias discussed were very informative to me as a new commissioner. on the narcan issue, it essentially gives the officers an ability to save a life and do so, you know, in seconds. and one of the officers actually described surface tha may cause us to act or make mistakes or make judgments in a way that we don't want any of us to do and we don't want our officers to do, so i think it's a wonderful program. i also wanted to mention that i visited with the japantown task force, which is made up of merchants and leaders in the japantown community and had a chance to meet with them about their concerns in the japantown and fillmore area. they had a lot of wonderful things to say about the department but also some of the challenges that exist out there, and it was a real pleasure and an honor for me to go out there and hear from the leaders of that community. so it's been a busy month, even though we haven't been in meetings.
