they brought in in handcuffs and put in restraints. they are in a locked facility. while it's not jail, there is not a lot of fundamental differences from the perception of the mental health consumer. it's very traumatizing. part of what has to happen is this whole systemic shift from reliance on institutional care of the hospitals or if they are not taken to the hospital, they are taken to jail. and into another place. so, that other place doesn't really exist, right? so we have door alley which was opened up which was a huge step in the right direction for san francisco but they are always at capacity. they are not able to, you know, there is, if you look at the 911 calls, there are several thousand a year. i think it's 4,000 psychiatric calls in crisis with the police and doer does not have the capacity to serve that whole population. so, we have a system problem that is forcing the police to the front lines. so that's a piece of the pie as well is having a system in place that can address these issues in a -- humane way. there is going to be a system of care and
