this occurred at matthew haney's district after this insane tenderloin pd shot a man that was 21 years old. she failed to deescalate the situation. there are nine points that they have to abide by. first to come up with a plan in the car. they failed step one. the problem is that paper policies will never ever work. they are dependent upon implementation of officerses in the sfpd. by officers in the sheriff's deputies excuse me. today this is a reminder of the contract i am not allowed to talk about. reforms don't work. they never will. the problem is polices is working as intended. we heard today chief scott did a press conference at this event and he indicated that reforms are implemented. i agree. polices is working as intended. -- polices is working as intended. this evening in district 6 police first shot a man and then the sheriff's deputies proceeded to use a taser. then police used less than lethal. after the man was already on the ground they said lock your weapon. this is the same last words that caesar vargas heard. i hope that in two weeks you may being the right decision.
