"the baltimore sun" is reporting both victims are members of the bloods gang. the shooting apparently broke out after members of the bloods and crips got into a fight. the mayor and police commissioner say they will not tolerate this kind of violence at the city's top tourist destination. commissioner bealefeld ordered his officers to be more aggressive when it comes to questioning suspected gang members. it's been a rough couple o
