in anne arundel county, firefighters battled a blaze in hanover. it happened just before 5:00. the crew for met with heavy claims on the scene. it took about 20 minutes to get the fire under control. one person was transported from the scene of that blaze for a medical problem unrelated to this fire. tonight, an update on the deadly accident in harford county involving a motorcycle and a county owned dump truck. the victim has been identified as 24-year-old samuel agostini. according to witnesses, the motorcycle had been traveling at a high rate of speed and was seen crossing the double yellow lines. baltimore county police said the man on your screen, 51-year-old michael hamilton, fired shots at a group of kayakers along the river in gunpowder falls. happened around 8:00 last evening in the 1400 block of blue mountain road. the group of seven kayakers were practicing maneuvers when they say that passed the house for someone yelled at them to leave. that is when police say hamilton repeatedly shot at the kayakers in nearly hit the group. investigators say he admitted to pulling
