these are photos that we got from an eyewitness, chris hanson. there you can see clear through where the red part truck is resting on that overpass. but you see it's over the new jersey transit tracks but it did not fall on the new jersey transit tracks. there was debris that fell through the steel beams. the crews were removing the beams about 30 minutes ago. eyewitnesses say they heard something that felt like and sounded like a dynamite explosion and a huge amount of smoke. >> the explosion was tremendous. it has everyone in the factory nervous. >> we came outside and my coworker said that he heard children crying. he heard a woman screaming. so, i came out a few minutes later and heard the police sirens and ambulances. >> reporter: this is what we know so far. the driver of the dump truck and driver of a second vehicle were transported to the hospital with minor injuries. the extent of their injuries we don't know. we are waiting word from new jersey state police about how the second vehicle was involved in this accident. as far as new jersey
