this happening happened across the street or close to the oakland airport hilton. this morning you take a look there, you can see a couple policeouts that are here. let me show you the scene. it was just about 10:30 last night. a major response from oakland police after one person was shot either on the hotel property or just in front of the hotel. now that shooting victim was taken to highland hospital and we don't have an update on their condition. it is unclear who may have fired the shots out here but we have put in calls to oakland police. they referred us to the sheriffs office. and we just heard back a short time ago from a lieutenant with the contra costa sheriffs office. so obviously we have put in calls to district attorney's office. we are working to get more information on exactly what took place out here. again some sort of shooting took place on or near the oakland airport hilton property late last night and it may have involved a member of law enforcement. the contra costa county da's office is investigating. back to you for now, pam. >> it looks lik
