they are working extremely hard. i can tell you currently there are eight refineries not operating in louisiana. that is 2/3 of our refinery capacity. in the next couple of days, we expect two of those to come back online and we think within a couple of days after that, at least two more of those in st. bernard parish will come back online. even if that happens, we will be at half of our refining capacity, so we continue to look for other solutions. i had a call with the white house last night to address this. also spoke with the secretary of energy this morning. she has approved, for example, for exxon mobil and other refiners to tap into the strategic petroleum reserve in order to access crude so that those refineries that can actually get diesel, they will be able to do it, but they have to have that crude, and we still have some pipelines that are shut down, either because of electricity issues, or the damage assessments are not complete, so we still have a long ways to go in this effort. we are making some progr
