harold ford. know if you've seen this plan but you wrote yesterday about not having a health care alternative. if the health care alternative is a part of this america's work plan they have laid out, can it be helpful to them as they find themselves heading toward the fall elections? >> i think it could be helpful if it's a credible alternative. if the alternative is, well, you know, go back to the way things were, i think that's is not good enough and it's not going to play. polls show that people are not wild about obamacare but people do not want it repealed. republican party's position is still it should be repealed, we should get rid of it, it won't work. well, fine, give us a credible alternative. we haven't heard that from the republican party yet. >> you've seen the first cut at the -- at republican attempt, it gets rid of the preexisting conditions. i mean, this is a pretty bad. i think what the democrats are going to do is take the first cut and say, hey, how do you like this? republican
