we know we have to do better on the flood infrastructure, both working with the core of engineers and in harris county, we have a harris county flood control district. we tax ourselves to keep from flooding in harris county so we can partner with the core and, but it's essential that we fund the core of engineers, fema and other related agencies in our next supplemental and i'm concerned about puerto rico because their electric grid was in pretty bad shape even before and some of us were talking on the energy subcommittee a week ago, this may give us the opportunity for the united states actually to provide an electric system in puerto rico because i understand they're still burning fuel oil. again, coming from texas, we can put all the wind mills up and solar what you can't get with wind and solar we'd be glad to have an l and g import, export facility there because it will be much cleaner than fuel oil and probably cheaper because the price of natural gas is relatively cheap. and i'd like to ask-- i've driven around puerto rico and i don't live there and i don't represent it, but i know they need help in getting their literally the whole grid bac
